We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Backend Developer
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
In this role, you will
Build new features to make our product/customer experience better
Develop internal APIs and Services
Interpret and implement Architectures
Automate business processes
Participate in the functional design of new products/features
Write, test, deploy clean and reliable code
What we hope you’ll bring
4+ years of experience building backend infrastructure
Solid Knowledge of Typescript, Node.js, Express, Postgres, AWS, Redis
Excellent interpersonal skills, cross-group, and cross-culture collaboration
Good Understanding of OOP & Design Patterns
Experience with Payment Services Integration & Processing
Basic understanding of microservices architecture
Good to have:
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
Detail-oriented.
Good English communication skills – both written and verbal.
Must have great problem-solving skills.
Must be able to think creatively, take ownership, and must be able to learn quickly, and improvise as per the needs.
