A former commissioner for Environment, Hon. Tony Nwamuo Esq. has felicitated with former Governor of Abia state, Okezie Victor Ikpeazu PhD, on his diamond jubilee birthday.
In a congratulatory message he personally signed and made available to newsmen today, the immediate past Commissioner for Tourism Arts and Culture, described Dr. Ikpeazu as a distinguished leader and a core democrat whose legacies in Abia state and Nigeria would remain indelible in the sands of time.
The legal luminary who further described the former Abia helmsman as a detribalized Nigerian, thanked him for the privilege offered him to serve Abians and Nigerians twice at the State Executive Council.
He prayed that God would continue to grant him good health and many more years of service to his fatherland.
