BARTENDERS
Location: Uyo
Schedule: Full Time

JOB DESCRIPTION
Our Bartenders are sophisticated, have unique flare, sparkle, and fizz. They can engage with guests using their individuality and passion for their craft.

RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for BARTENDERS who can assess customer preferences and make drink recommendations. You should be able to provide a positive and friendly guest experience by interacting with guests.

– Clean the bar, tables, chairs, and work area to maintain a sanitary environment
– Organize the bar area to streamline drink preparation and inventory
– Place orders for liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies
– Planning bar menus
– Provide outstanding customer service to guests.

QUALIFICATIONS
– Minimum of SSCE/OND in any field of study.
– Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a well-structured and reputable organization.

SKILLS
– Attention to Detail
– Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
– Knowledge of mixology for traditional and creative cocktails
– Understanding of unique and complementary flavor pairings
– Positive Attitude, Personable demeanor, Multitasking skills
– Impeccable customer service and social perceptiveness
– Ability to evaluate customer satisfaction and responsiveness
– Ability to enforce company policies regarding the consumption of alcohol
– Accountability in maintaining inventory and processing payments
– Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods.

SUPERVISOR
Location: Uyo
Schedule: Full Time

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for experienced Supervisors who can make improvements to the running of the Migaty Hotel.

RESPONSIBILITIES
– Daily supervision of the hotel and its related operations.
– Maintain sanitation standards and improve guest/employee satisfaction.
– Train employees on customer service practices.
– Implement company policies and protocols
– Communicate with guests to receive feedback on product quality and service levels and manage complaints.
– Monitor employees to ensure performance expectations are met and encourage them to provide excellent customer service within guidelines.
– Provide feedback to employees based on observation of service behaviors.
– Supervise staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives are met.
– Ensure compliance with licensing, hygiene, and health and safety legislation/guidelines.
– Participate in department meetings by communicating a clear and consistent message regarding the departmental goals to produce desired results.

QUALIFICATION
-OND/Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
-Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a well-structured and reputable organization as a Supervisor

– Ability to Recognize good quality products and presentations.
– Extensive Romm, Restaurant, Bar and Kitchen knowledge
– Strong leadership, motivation, and people skills.

– Clear thinker with excellent communication abilities.
