Job Title: Office Assistant
Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description
The Office Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of our office environment.
This includes handling administrative tasks, assisting with office organization, and providing support to staff members.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities
Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
Assist in managing office supplies and inventory.
Support the preparation of reports and documentation.
Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and other office events.
Provide support to other staff members as needed.
Perform general clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Requirements
Minimum of an SSCE/OND or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience as an office assistant or in a related role is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in basic computer skills (MS Office, email).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be punctual, reliable, and have a positive attitude.
Must reside in or around Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.
