Hon. Ogah while noting that Nigerians must cultivate what they eat and not depend on importation of foods, said the church should not only wait during harvest to have food but can also harvest and share to church members.

While calling on all Christians to pray for the peace and unity of Nigeria, Hon Ogah said the teaching of the church should also focus on love to one another.

The theme of this year’s Synod is “Arise & Build” presided over by the Bishop of Isuikwuato Diocese, The Rt. Rev. Geoffrey Uzochukwu Kanu.

The Bishop welcomed the federal lawmaker and his entourage for coming to identify with the Church, prayed that God will protect and direct his activities.

Hon Amobi Godwin Ogah also launched the Bishop’s address with the sum of N1,000,000.
